At a special advice surgery this week Simon Hughes, Liberal Democrat MP for North Southwark and Bermondsey, is supporting adults with learning disabilities into employment. Simon will be at Toucan's new offices in Crampton Street to meet with and to help people with finding work. This follows on from Simon's visit in June to take part in their sponsored walk and to celebrate 20 years of the charity's excellent work.

Simon said "I have always been a great supporter of Toucan and the fantastic work which they do in getting people into work. It is a great pleasure to help them to help local residents. If anyone has learning difficulties and would like to talk about getting into employment, they are very welcome to come along to my advice surgery on Friday, 11th September between 9am and 12 noon at 83 Crampton Street, SE17."
