Naming and Shaming National Minimum Wage Offenders

Liberal Democrat Business Minister Jo Swinson MP has today named and shamed the largest ever number of National Minimum Wage offenders, according the Department for Business, Innovation and Skills.

A further 70 employers in the care, retail and hospitality sectors who have failed to pay their workers the National Minimum Wage (NMW) have been named by Liberal Democrat Business Minister Jo Swinson MP, bringing the overall total named and shamed to 162.
