Ian Magrath wants to volunteer 2015-04-17 20:21:20 +0100
Come and help my team!
If you could give me just one hour a week delivering leaflets, knocking on doors, or helping out in the office, it will go a long way helping me help the people of Bermondsey and Old Southwark.
You can get new skills, improve your CV and make new friends. To join our volunteer team please fill out the following form. Alternatively you can call my Campaigns Office on 0207 237 8444 or drop an email at firstname.lastname@example.org. I am fighting for more affordable homes, more jobs and for our local NHS.
Donate today to keep me fighting for the issues that matter most to us and to our neighbours in Bermondsey, Borough, Rotherhithe, Walworth and the Elephant.
Our first online crowdfunding campaign in February raised an incredible £11,000 - which gave the campaign a flying start and I am very grateful to everyone who donated.
Now we need to keep up the momentum to Sprint to Victory on 7th May!
This time we won't be increasing the fundraising target - we need to raise £10,000 in ten days.
Help me meet my target today so we can keep fighting for affordable homes, more jobs and the local NHS.
PS. If more homes and jobs and a strong local NHS isn't enough incentive, every donation will enter you into a prize draw to win a day with me as your guide around the constituency I have served for over 30 years - and lunch in a local pub!

Help raise £3000 £10,000* to re-elect Simon.
The most important General Election for many years will take place on 7 May 2015.
The choice in Bermondsey & Old Southwark is between local Liberal Democrat MP Simon Hughes or Ed Miliband's Labour candidate. Your support could mean the difference between the two.
Re-electing Simon Hughes will mean he can continue to fight for more affordable homes, protect local health services and campaign for better transport connections in the area. That's why we are asking you to help raise a fighting fund for extra leaflets, phone calls and action days to help beat off Labour's challenge. Labour are funded by unions; Tories are funded by big business. We rely on donations from our generous supporters.
As well as helping the campaign, Simon and his team are also offering extra 'perks' to supporters as our little way of saying "thank you":
Donate a fiver and get a virtual 'high five' from Simon and his team (virtual hand shakes also available!)
£10 will sponsor a round of leaflets to three local streets AND get a virtual high five from the team
Donate £20 and we'll send you a Simon Hughes campaign poster - hand-signed by the man himself!
Get a signed Simon Hughes campaign poster AND an invitation to our post-election thank you party
Join Simon's "100 Club"! You'll get a personal thank you from Simon PLUS an invitation to our post-election party
Donors of £500 or more will be invited to a special dinner with Simon Hughes after the election
* Our original aim was £3000, but thanks to the incredible response by hundreds of generous supporters we smashed that target on the first day! We then set ourselves a target to raise a massive £10,000. A huge "thank you" to everybody who has donated.Donate
